If you become aware of possible violations of anti-corruption legislation by employees of SE UkrDAGP or its branches, you can use the official government reporting channels.

What to include in a report
A report may be submitted without identifying its author. For an anonymous report to be considered, provide information about a specific person and factual details that can be verified.
- The person’s name or sufficient information to identify them.
- A description of the possible corruption or corruption-related violation.
- The known time, place and circumstances of the event.
- Documents or other supporting material, if available.
